ANNINA MüLLER

In late 2022, Annina Müller founded Embracity Consulting with a drive to support individuals and businesses to reach their true potential and follow their authentic path to succeed in work and life. The common thread in her diverse work is spun from the passion for people and encounters, experiences outside the comfort zone, the pursuit of meaningful growth and the power of opportunity intelligence.

 

After more than eight years working in fashion retail for luxury and premium brands in the areas of marketing, communication and events, she embarked on a new path. Driven by the desire to accompany companies and executives in their further development and to help them achieve meaningful growth, she then switched to management consulting, where her focus was on the development and activation of corporate identities (purpose, vision, values, brand) and support of (cultural) change processes in the context of transformations.

 

She holds a BSc in Business Administration (majors in Marketing & Leadership), an MAS in Digital Marketing & Communication Management and further training in Future Leadership.

Valerie Henzen

In 2022, Valérie Henzen founded minds & heart with the desire to support their customers with a lot of passion and enthusiasm in achieving their ambitious goals and to release potential through their holistic approach - sustainably and effectively. She believes in the irrepressible power of cultural transformation and human-centric development.

Her credo: put words into action.

 

For the past 17 years she has worked in marketing, branding  & live communication. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer and member of the management board at 20 Minuten, Valérie was responsible for all marketing activities of Switzerland's media title with the widest coverage. The main focus was on the topics of brand management, community building, market transformation and employee and organizational development.

 

Her background is in hotel management, she has a degree in marketing and has also trained in future foresight.

In addition, as Vice President of the Digital Minds Society, she volunteers for digital transformation in Switzerland, inspires with her monthly podcast and regularly moderates events.
